Semi-automatic sealers are designed to produce modern and attractive portion sealed packaging with increased shelf life of products according to the highest hygienic requirements for food production and packaging departments. Filling with a modified gas medium is provided by vacuum removal of air before sealing with high performance. After installing the container with the product in the receiving unit on the packaging table, vacuum removal of air and gas filling of the MGS automatically occurs, sealing the container, cutting the film along the contour and pushing the finished tray with the product onto the conveyor.
